Cosapien has been designed to reset memory back to a common understanding, and to minimize the margin for human error. Cosapien’s vision is a world where people collaborate better, allowing more synergies using their passions and expertise. It’s a world with less waste, where you are free to achieve more. Join us in initiating this future.
This is not the future we were promised. We should’ve been flying around jetpacks, and travelling between the stars in our own spaceships.
Instead the majority of our transport still uses petrol and diesel. Yes, Elon Musk is trying his best, but we believe there are millions of Elon Musks out there.
We believe that with the right tools people are capable of so much more. And that’s where we started when we conceputalised Cosapien. Our founders were working with people who were highly motivated, well educated and proficient- but they observed that people were letting one another down.
We realized that this was not from neglect or malicious intent, but rather a neuro bias phenomenon, specifically that recall changes the memory. What does that mean? Well, every time we try to recall a memory the subconscious alters it slightly (without us realizing it). The result of this is that, over time, and due to multiple attempts at recalling, a significant drift occurs.
In business, this is quite lethal because even though we might all have complete agreement about what needs to be done, as a result of discussions held in meetings, employees’ minds literally drift apart. It also means that vivid memories are no real reflection of truth or accuracy.
“I am driven to make the world a better place. Very specifically I create a more elegant world in which there is a greater potential for beauty.”
My natural affinity for systems, strengthened by my training and experience (e.g., programming, electronics, machine learning, chaos theory, bio-mimetics, neuroscience, control systems), allows me to strategise and to do high level tactics, to develop personal and business ecosystems.
When I engage, I not only make myself obsolete, I do so in a way that improves both systems and people.
